DISASTROUS SERVICE. AVOID AS MUCH AS YOU CAN!!!

I rented a stora at that facility while I was travelling.

Firstly, they charged me wrong amounts multiple times, and the manager isnt able to understand their own charging systems and invoices you wrong amounts and doesnt answer your emails.

THERE WAS A ROBBERY AND A BUNCH OF LOCKERS WERE INVADED. I received a message from the manager saying that the storage was invaded. He rejected to give me extra information about the situation of the storage and the only way to get information I would have to fly back to the Netherlands to check what happen. After saying that, he decline to give more info and blocked my contact and stopped answering by email. I had to contact multiple people who works in this disgusting company to ask for help. No one helped or gave me extra info.

They rejected to give me the police report to see if it really happen or someone internally invaded my storage.

I had to fly back to Netherlands before I was supposed to only because the manager is useless and not able to do handle anything, imagine being the safeguard of other people's belongs. The date I came to see the storage, the same manager was there and I had to call the police over him to solve the sitatuion.

NEVER TRUST YOUR BELONGS IN THIS COMPANY, THE PLACE IS NOT SAFE AND THE STAFF IS THE WORST IN THE WORLD, I WOULD PREFER TO DEAL WITH A ROBOT.
