I went there today (Amsterdam Noord) location and unfortunately had to deal with a quite arrogant front desk person. He was trying to teach me a lesson on how I should speak Dutch in The Netherlands (not the topic you want to deal with when booking a storage to start with and he also spoke good English PLUS their contracts are in English so need to have it arranged that was obviously recognised). The second thing is - he was extremely unhelpful and arrogant when explaining things around the storage unit, the receipt and how the codes work etc.

I came there with a smile and was even apologising that my Dutch is not good enough but I am writing this review as I think it was all completely unnecessary from your employee perspective.

Top Self storage! Receptie is altijd vriendelijk, helpt je met alles niks is teveel gevraagd. Nette ruimtes en alles netjes op orde!
